Fees and Payments

To be able to run our groups, there are many costs that we have to cover, including facility hire fees, equipment and insurance, These are standard costs that we have to pay regardless of how many children attend our groups.

We operate a block payment system at Mini Ballers where fees are prepayed in advance. This payment then secures your place at the next block of sessions for your group. This helps us ensure our costs are covered every week, so we can continue to operate weekly, regardless of attendance.

There are occasions however where due to circumstances beyond our control, we may need to postpone a session. When this happens you are always welcome to attend a different group at any location that week, we will also roll over your session fee so you are not disadvantaged. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to roll over any fees due to sickness or any other reason you cant make a group. As stated above, this is because we still need to cover the cost of running the session, regardless of your attendance. 

Your place at Mini Ballers is guaranteed when we receive your fees. After the final session of a block, to continue with your place please send us your fees for the next block. This then secures your place for the next block of sessions.

We kindly ask that If you no longer wish to continue with us. Please send us a message so we can then offer your place to another child off our waiting list

Photographic Consent
